- Your device model and Android or iOS version
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot, if you can
We usually reply within 2 business days.
Account and data deletion
To delete an account or any data we hold about you, email support@cloudsteel.org with the subject "Data deletion request" and the app name. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Google Play and the Apple App Store. Request refunds through the store you bought from:
